Veterans if you question whether you qualify to buy or refinance a home; your home, don't hesitate. Get your questions answered with no hassels; they are there to help. Trust me, I bought abd twice refinanced to get to the lowest possible rate and they have succeed in doing so. Im telling dont wait 10 , 15 years to decide if you qualify to buy a home of your dreams. I can almost promise you, 90+ percent of time you will be on your way to owning your own home, but prepare to ask questions, if you dont ask, most likely you will be discouraged, because you have not asked that question, just do it and ask, Im encouraging you because their answers will be positive.
