First Time Home Buyer FYI! We had an absolute awesome experience and are beyond grateful. We had an excellent specialist, Jake H., that took us through this process so seamlessly. He was with us every step of the way and always so punctual and accommodating (we have crazy work schedules.) I don't believe we ever had to wait more than 3 minutes for a reply-even on weekends and at almost 10pm! That's rare for any company. Veterans United also set us up with an amazing realtor that was just the same as our specialist-always on top of everything and knowledgeable! We couldn't have asked for better and we definitely recommend for any future clients considering using them for their home purchase.
