This was my first home buying experience and Veterans United made this process a breeze. The timing of returned phone calls, emails and inquiries were all very prompt. Veterans United did a good job meeting my need needs, but make sure to review all documents before signing and make sure they explain any changes in the closes closing costs, they will change on you as you get closer to the closing of the loan.

Thank you for the gifts! When we started our home buying process we called both Veterans United and USAA. It took 5 days for our loan officer at USAA to reach out to us. And when we heard back we were only accepted at their standard 3%, and with VU we got a great rate! With Veterans United we got someone on the phone right away. Chance was very good at helping us understand what needed to be done to get our loan approved and Shari communicated with us just about every day.
