We have bought two houses previously, and this experience was the worst. The lack of competence from the loan team was unbelievable. There is no way I would recommend Veterans United Home Loans to anyone.

They do all the hard work making your time put into house shopping dedicated to your needs and desires. Red tape is horrible so let them do it for you. Quickly completed once we found the house of our dreams; they are easy to get a hold of and quick to reply on even the most basic questions, I am glad we used Veterans United.

I don't know much about the home buying market and this was my first home purchase, but VU made the process very easy for me to understand and complete. I don't know if anyone could've done better, but I do know that I have no complaints against VU and was very satisfied with my experience.
