When I purchased my first home, I did not use Veterans United and it was a blind purchase. I had no idea what questions to ask and no one was volunteering any information. Through Veterans United, you folks basically held my hand the entire way and explained anything I wasn't sure of. This is excellent, helpful and I would recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a new home.


We were very impressed with the effort that both Cody and Corey put into getting us approved. They didn't let any roadblocks stop the process they worked to find other avenues to keep moving forward. Thank you so much guys.

I had an outstanding debt that could have made it more difficult to qualify but because of how my loan officer structured the loan, I was able to pay off the debt, got cash for home improvements, lowered my monthly payment and a record low interest rate... This company truly takes care of Veterans. Highly recommended.

The initial offering went very well. All my questions were answered quickly. Once I gave all my information there was a significant period of time where I didn’t hear anything. I had to send one or two emails asking if I was still on track in order to get any update on my status. Then it was rush rush rush at the end.

We can't recommend VU enough to any veteran looking to purchase a home. The entire process is so efficiently streamlined. All the staff we interacted with were always open to any questions and willing to help. We closed on our home in 30 days and I don't think that would have been possible without Veterans United's help.

At first I was little nervous going with online bank for financing a loan but that went away quickly. By the time I completed the online form. They already acquired my cert of eligibility and gave clear and easy to do list. They also had wealth of educational videos to walk you through every step of the home buying experience and answered a lot of my questions as a new home buyer. Once I committed to a house. They offer additional services to help with finding home insurance geared toward veterans, which big relief to have everything centralized. The team gave me regular updates to me and my realtor on every step and the process where there was no time where I had to wonder what was happening with the loan process. Everything went smoothly. There was a small amount due to borrower at closing and it has been 10 days since closing. It was my understanding that it would be directly deposited into my account but this has not happened.
