Mike Patzius, our Loan Officer and his loan coordinator Shawna Summerford were fantastic! They worked closely with us on every step of the process and communicated many times via emails, texts and phone calls to make sure my wife and I were both closely informed of our progress. I know that every experience won’t be like ours but we applied November 13, 2020 on a VA cash out refi loan and closed December 10th, 2020. Veterans United made this process simple and painless!
