Veterans United is the best! Would use them again in a minute if I ever decided to have a crazy notion to move again! Staying put for awhile!
I think a bank loan would have been faster. No reflection on Veterans United, we did apply for a VA loan originally and switch to a FHA loan which was some cause for delay. So the delay was probably our fault.
Overall a very easy experience, both Jenifer and Kate were lovely. Some paperwork was confusing. Again was never specifically told about the origination fee. It seemed to be hidden in the rest of the fees. But overall we got low interest rates and the process was easy to follow
Once again, we thank you Kedric and Dena for helping us make the purchase of our dream home come true.
My husband and I were very disappointed in the service of this organization. We had to move out our deliver date of house hold goods because they were not on top of ordering the appraisal and getting it done even though I had paid for it weeks in advance. We didn’t know if were we approved or going to close on time until a day before the closing date.Over all very disappointed in this organization.
Response from Veterans United
Hello Lori, we appreciate your feedback on this matter. We invite you to connect with us further. Discussing the details around your final closing dates is part of our commitment to deliver outstanding service. While we do not directly control the majority of these dates due to third party companies, we do appreciate your calling attention to this aspect and we value your feedback.
Everyone at Veterans United did a job well done from Justin James Lori and everyone at the Stewart Title Co. Judi & Carol
Every body made me feel like part of the family
The check list they have, made it easy to see want needs to get done. It was very well organized. During this pandemic it was nice to just sign your signature online. No actually paperwork to send in or receive. They sure made it easy.
Mr.Jon Beahan A+ Mr. Ryan Bogeart D- Michelle Kozak A+ >We are paying a very high rent for an Apartment . We know that their are a lot of people that don't want certain people in their neighborhood's ,But Veterans have fought for all citizens all colors ,all races, all religions, They have come back wounded some wounds you can see other you can't, people should not be afraid to have them as neighbors . I still can't believe it we have a home we have tried for a long time since the 70's Arizona is where my husband was born. I am a breast cancer survivor in remissions I wanted to find a home for my husband that way if the cancer comes back he will have a home Where we bought a home is a place that needs work but it's working class ,not bad for older vet's that need a second chance to heal their emotional wounds with the help of the good lord his reminding days will be enjoyable for him he has a yard. May the Good Lord Bless all of you so you can continue helping veteran acquire home and they won't be homeless.
The experience was professional and they are committed to keeping the closing date as promised. If any of my veteran friends are purchasing, I would definitely recommend Veterans United. Unfortunately, USSA was not able to respond in a timely matter or as compete and thorough.
Our experience with Veterans United was wonderful. Our home loan team was always there to answer questions and the response time was always same day or the next.
They kept in contact and at times just to check on how we were doing. 5 stars from us!!!!
I am speechless when It comes to describing my home buying experience with VU. I had to walk away from a lender and start the process all over prior to working with VU. All I can say is that God placed me in the write hands. TEAM BILLY JONES took excellent care of me. Billy explained the process from beginning to end. At each step he was available for questions, provided timely feedback, and just overall removed any unnecessary worry and anxiety. I would highly recommend that any one trying to buy a home, start that Journey with Veterans United. You will be in Great Hands!!
