We were very disappointed with Veterans United except for Caleb, who was helpful at every turn. Our other loan worker, Lauren, was unhelpful, slow, and constantly confused. We gave 10 stars to both Caleb and VU solely so that Caleb will get the 10-star rating he deserves.
Veterans United made home ownership a possibility for us. At every turn, the Veterans United team exceeded our expectations (thanks Anne and Cara!!). Having everything online was a win, especially during these times. The interface is user friendly, as well. We are very happy with the entire experience!
This was not an easy home buying experience, prices around here have shot up 5-25% in a very short time, even as we were looking these prices were advancing. The entire staff and team of Veterans United and their affiliates were absolutely on top of everything. I don't think my first home buying excursion could have been more enjoyable. Thank you to all.
