He explained every detail of the process, he was responsive to emails usually within minutes, and he was always so friendly and knowledgeable. When Reed needed to be with his family during the birth of his child, the rest of the loan team picked right up where Reed left off and got us to the finish line. Even when the timeline was getting tight due to the fact that we live in Israel and the closing documents were a mail-away package, the loan team was able to rush our clear to close and get us closed right on time.
