I had a flooring allowance and i did not receive the full amount because the numbers VU and the lawyer did was not correct so they took more money and now i am unable to repair the floor in the house. That is absolutely complete bs

We certainly understand your frustration when contracts are updated and concessions fluctuate until the end of the process. While the closing attorney was doing their due diligence in requesting invoices for future work from your real estate agent, it seems like this did not end in a way that was favorable to you. As your lender we are always here to support, communicate and assist as we are able. Veterans United does not negotiate the contract and the concern with regard to the flooring coverage would have been a discussion with your real estate agent and the closing attorney to determine and disclose.
