I still am in awe of how smooth the process was through VA United. I couldn't have had a better team working with me! I really did not know what to expect and feel as I got blindsided with emotions. The reassurance and constant communication from the beginning eased most of that tension. Once the process started moving along I got more confident in my choice. I was a bit skeptical of some work history, health related related situations on my end that would have impacted negatively - which did not be the case in the end.
