Josh Stack was unethical, did what was in the best interest of himself, was not able to be reached on his phone or via email and wouldn’t respond back to the point I had to reach out to others to get answers. Josh has made buying A house a horrible Experience. Unorganized

Beginning to end, with both loan processes, there were some lulls in communication. Also, with the refi, we were definitely not impressed with the final numbers. Other lenders had better offers when we spoke to them, after the fact, so I would recommend shopping around.
A above the line company with perfect service, i couldn't believe how simple the process was and the app works great. I really loved the check list it keeps it easy with no stress.
If anyone have any doubts about using Veterans United, don't! They know what they are doing and they get the job done in a timely manner. Professionals all the way.
