My experience with Veterans United was overall a good one. Unfortunately, there was a substantial delay in getting to close due to an oversight. The team I dealt with was great. They were friendly, courteous, and quick to respond to any questions I had.Important information: If the home you are interested in is rural and the water is supplied by a well, be sure to let your lender know that. There is a requirement that the water be tested. In addition, be sure that the company that you use for the water tests clearly understands exactly what tests need to be done. I learned this the hard way. Good luck!

Wish I would have been told about the credit for using a realtor that was provided to me. Didn’t see where that credit was on any loan estimate. Other than that minor issue, I recommend VU to anyone.
