I would recommend that the VA reevaluate its appraisal process. It doesn’t allow for home buyers who use VA loans to be competitive with other buyers who have commercial mortgages. The appraisal process was unfortunate, that it under cut the value of the home, especially in a hot market. We would have lost our home to another buyer without my parents financial support. (I’m lucky to have had it!) This needs be addressed for our veterans to afford and own a home. Thank you
