She explains all the details in a professional manner and in layman terms at the same time, and is willing to answer any question that are proposed to her, a True Professional.
Chris Campbell was an awesome dude to work with, I have recommended him to my entire Squadron and he has earned Veterans United a ton of business from all of us. He helped many of us with our initial home purchases, and has gone beyond with several refinances for many of us just a year later. I'm not sure if its possible but give that dude a pay raise and let him show the rest of you guys how its done.

Michelle Mach, Dan Hopkins and Kara Fleshman were outstanding. I had limited availability for phone calls, emails And in person requirements due to working in remote locations. The team was very patient and understanding. They helped me achieve my home purchase and adapted to my unusual work schedule, and I was able to purchase the property that I used to dream about while in Afghanistan and Iraq.

We were extremely impressed with how knowledgeable and thorough Jason was. I’ve been a loan processor for 15 years in WA state - the process is a bit different there; however, I’ve never seen any of the loan officers so hands on and take initiative as Jason had. It was refreshing and the process was extremely smooth. Without Jason, I honestly think we would have given up on the house between the ball being dropped so many times being the agents, seller, and escrow agent. Veteran’s United process was extremely efficient - we lucked out at finding them after reaching out to a few lenders (all with fantastic reviews) and didn’t feel comfortable with their sales-y vibe. We cannot recommend them enough.
