Every member of the team was great. As a first time home buyer on my own, they walked me through everything. Heading experiences from my friends, I was expecting lots of work and stress. Ryan, Jill and Samantha walked me through everything, answered every question, followed up with me, and were very patient and understanding of any situation. From waiting to my separation, walking me through to improve my credit, figure out the debt to income ratio, answering every question, finding the right home, accommodating to my schedule, going through papers, it was the easiest experience. Andy Moe was simply amazing to work with! He was always prompt, courteous and professional - and when I say prompt, I really mean it! He was very quick to answer our questions or address our concerns. The whole process went incredibly smooth and I really love that I was able to continue to provide required documents while traveling by using their online document upload system and DocuSign. My loan team was great , I have delt with loan specialist before, however Arron Foster and Mallory Licklider were probably the best I have ever had. They were available anytime I needed them either by phone or by email, and I feel they went out of there way to help me with my home purchase .
