Y'all were great. A little (a lot) aggressive at first when I did the initial google click out of curiousity hahaha... but hey! I'm glad I did go through with getting the pre-approval letter prep'd and ready to go. When my wife and I decided we were going to get out of our current lease and buy something for the money we were already spending... plus considering how quickly decent houses sell here in the National Capital Region... I had the letter immediately available and we were able to make an offer the literally same day after viewing our current home. It was worth it. On a final note, we really liked the gift box for our dog Milkshake. She loves the treats and toys! Thanks again!
