I like how quick the loan was approved. The "do list" is a great ideal that was implemented in my process that saved a lot of time. The whole process depends upon how you "the buyer" respond to the "do list". I will recommend this loan to all the veterans that's I know who is looking for a home." It has been over 14 years since we first bought a home so it was almost like a new experience all over again. Adrienne and Johnna were great throughout the whole loan process. This was our second time buying a house and first time using veterans United. We will definitely be using them for our future needs. The process was nothing but smooth and easy and stress free! Would 100% recommend!
Poor communication on what was needed for inspection, caused the closing to be delayed. Appraisal rate was very high compared to other appraisers. Did not tell me I needed a water test until 2 weeks after they received the home inspection. Then they waited to verify my employment til the last minute causing me to wait around after I closed.
