They were easy to get ahold of and very patient with me being super unfamiliar with the home buying process. Brad, Josh and Matt were awesome! They kept their word on getting my appraisal done quick so that I knew I’d have a place to live when i got to Texas, and they got me refunded when my first house I got an appraisal on wasn’t a house i could buy due to legal reasons with the seller.
Veterans United just gets it. They are atop the Financing world. They go above and beyond the call of duty, much like our nation's veterans. They explain well. They understand. They are quick and responsive. I deal with Nate Bitner who is a 10 Star top notch professional as well as his team. I'm sure most reps are true professionals @ VU. I'm amazed and thankful I chose VU for my business dealings.

Dot your i's and cross your t's if you get your ducks in a row then veterans united is a good company to work with. Ensure that you give both your realtor and your loan team time to work and they will help you secure a new home. I would recommend this company to any fellow veterans who are squared away and are willing to take hand in procuring a home.
