Veterans united was a great overall experience I had an amazing team and everyone was incredibly helpful and professional
I would definitely recommend them for their great work.
Buying a home can be a difficult and stressful experience. Just pull the trigger and work with Veterans United Home Loans, they will take a tremendous amount of weight off of your shoulders. I don’t believe they know the word no, it’s just not in their vocabulary.
Recommendations:Katie Rose needs to take ownership and accountability of her mistakes. As a sergeant/team leader in the military. When one of my soldiers openly admits to me that they made a mistake, I don't need to jump on their case because as soon as someone knows they made a mistake. Nobody in the room feels worse than that soldier at that moment and when that soldier feels that way, they will have resiliency to not make that mistake again.Myself as a customer. Give me the benefit of doubt that I wouldn't be frustrated or mad if someone openly admits they made a mistake. If Katie openly admitted she made a mistake, this review and my attitude towards VU would be more positive. The fact that she was pointing fingers and gave excuses. Which resulted that she lied. I will never work with VU again.

Two home loans with Steve Hopper. Would definitely use again.
Veterans United is very knowledgeable and flexible! The whole journey went very fast and positive! HIGHLY RECOMEND!!!
Veterans United kept my entire home purchase experience organized. Eli followed through and communicated with me from start to finish.
Less than two months my deal was done.
DO NOT USE. If you have a deployed spouse and are trying to move. Dont use them. They have NO clue what they are doing and will only cause more stress, confusion and distrust during what is already the most difficult times. DO NOT USE if you are using a POA. They have no CLUE what they need or dont. They will repeatedly tell you that your paperwork is good and at the last min tell you need something. I would not recommend Veterans United to my worst enemy even. I am making it my lifes mission to never let what happened to us happen to another military family.
If you are having issue with them enprovins@gmail.com. I would love to hear from you. I am working on a formal military ban on service members using this company.

Veterans United asks for a lot of repedive paperwork.I felt being a current home owner some of the desired information should have been readily available through other sources ie my present mortgage company. Things were a little difficult due to covid-19. All things being equal I am completely satisfied.
Pleasant Experience
Very friendly and professional staff that made the process easy and very timely
