If your using your va to purchase a second home. I can’t speak for everyone situation, but it was one of the harder life task I’ve accomplished. The amount of frustration from the process stole the excitement and joy of owning a second home. The Underwriting made it feel like I was no closer to closing on my home from the moment I started to the very end, not exaggerating. Fortunately I had a great loan officer Nick Holmes because if it wasn’t for him I would’ve thrown the towel in 2 days before my closing date.
We cannot rave enough about the entire team at Veteran's United. From the very first phone call to the very last we had the best experience. Maggie, Anne and Jaclyn are the best! I have found out that I could have gotten a lower interest rate from other lenders. I thought it should be the same interest rate no matter who you got a Veterans Loan from?
