This is the third loan I've done with Veteran's United. Each time the experience has been very smooth and each time I've closed earlier than anticipated.

We worked with Mrs. Heather Damer, and I can't imagine anyone being more efficient, effective, thorough, personable and being a positive face/image for Veterans United. It should be noted that this is the second time we worked with Mrs. Damer, because she is just that good, and is supported by a wonderful team that is supported by positive the business practices and prices of Veterans United.

We felt the documentation required for our hand-written pay stubs was ridiculous. My husband has had the same job since 1991, and he is part owner. The company only has 3 employees who aren't contracted and hand-written pay stubs are what the company has used since 1982.

Ashley and her team were amazing.

Like with anything else in life, the first step in the process seemed somewhat overwhelming. This was mostly because of the unfamiliarity of all the requests made for needed items going back and forth to fulfill the approval process. Some of these items where information regarding past actions/activities taken by the borrower which seemed a bit repetitive. Nonetheless, once it became apparent that the end was near, everything was summed-up as just another experience!



Kyle was not just helpful and professional, he was patient and understanding. Kyle and his team are a credit to Veterans United. I’ve already recommended his service to a friend.

This experience was terrible. In the future, I will be utilizing USAA or any other institution that completes VA home loans. Issues such as missed interest rates due to lack of communication or laziness to incorrect paperwork as well as the having to rush to get last minute documentation on a holiday weekend after specifically asking multiple times if there was anything else that I needed to complete. Buying a home is stressful enough, but this experience was unbelievable. I will not be considering purchasing a home with Veterans United ever again.

Veterans United has the best people on their staff and really goes out of the way to make the process as easy and understandable as possible. I am truly impressed with the effort that was put in to making sure that I understood what was happening each step of the way. I could not be happier with the service I have received in both the original purchase and with the refinancing.
