I would advise to be more upfront about the additional charges for awareness, primarily the VA funding fee, other than that, buying a house couldn't have been easier thanks to the interactiveness and promptness of the loan team and the "to do list" process... even during a global pandemic.

Using Veterans United with this home loan made this home purchase the most painful one I've ever made. Unfortunately I was too far in with them to get out and switch lending agencies so I had to stick it out which when looking back I should of just switched to a local lending agency right away.

Because of several credit issues I thought I would never be able to purchase a home. When I first filed my credit need some approval my loan officer kept in touch with me and gave advice to get my credit where it needed to be. Because of that we closed on our home last Wednesday and are very happy. Great people to work with.
