3 weeks we tried to contact my loan officer for our paperwork. No one would return our calls and we left voicemail. I am very dissatisfied with Veterans United. I have already told several people not to use Veterans United for their home loans. We could have closed on our house a week ago if Toni or Lauren would have returned our calls. My real estate agent and sellers real estate agent tried effortlessly to also contact loan officers and leave voicemail with them with no luck. They are also disappointed with Veterans United loan officers and will not recommend them.
