I was mislead about how the existing escrow was going to be used, this made me make an important decision with incorrect information. I would likely have made the same choice, but that might not have been the case and I firmly believe in having all of the information before making big decisionsI have had nothing but good experiences with Veterans United to this point, but I feel if someone is handling such a large loan they should know how everything works or find out for sure before giving me the wrong answers to my questions
