This is my 3rd house Ive bought and this has been by far the EASIEST process I've had! Shane and his team were amazing throughout! You would think buying a house during a global pandemic with quarantine would make things long and stressful. This was NOT the case. From the beginning to the end it was a fast and easy transition. This was in a big part to Veterans United and Shane and his team.

VU is such a supportive, knowledgeable organization that will not take advantage of any potential buyer. Our personal lender, Mr. John Parker has now financed three times for us and each time it’s been very smooth, no bumps, no issues & they don’t miss anything. We’re both veterans & 10 years ago did one home loan with USAA which was horrible, absolutely horrible. They lost documents, made ridiculous mistakes, sent checks to wrong parties & cost us lots of money.
