Be sure to get duplicates of finances and if employed, save all pay stubs as you will need them later. When looking for specific documents to prove service status, just call the VA to navigate their website to find the specific documents requested. During appraisal, ensure you read through house requirements as issued from the lender about home status and needs, then communicate this with your agent both for the buyer and request the sellers agent to get house maintenance done faster.
