The entire home buying process was made simple by Veterans United and their website. Everything they needed from me was listed for me to upload. Everything I needed to review was posted for me to sign at a moments notice. Brad Quint and Lizzie Marshall kept me on track as far as getting records in sooner than later, and I really appreciated those little reminders. Ann Ullrich, the referred real estate agent, worked around my busy schedule and was more than patient when we took our time viewing houses. They were all very helpful.

If I had a new question about the paperwork I could always count on him to answer the question or he'd call me right back with an answer. I can't say enough about working with Derek! I originally found Derek when I bought my first home. At that time, with my first experience buying my first home i became very positive working with Derek. Derek helped me along through all paperwork explaining anything I had questions on. I felt very comfortable that I was never bothering Derek and felt he was looking out for my best interest.

Dealing with the Veterans United team was definitely a positive note in our home buying experience. In the beginning I was very skeptical of dealing over the internet but Derek Russell and his sales team were very helpful and quick to answer my questions and overall gave me a feeling I was dealing face to face and one on one with the "Team". It was very comforting to me that thru the whole process I was guided by the same team and not forced to deal with different personnel on every call like so many "call centers".
