My Veterans United Team was exceptional. They worked with me throughout the process, which had many ups and downs.
All I had to do was tell VU I had a week to find a house, and they handled the rest. They provided us with a realtor who was absolutely fantastic, and our lending team took great care of us. We are blown away at how simple and painless they made the process of buying—even from a couple thousand miles away. I’m sure there are probably lower rates at smaller lenders but VU is really good at working with the challenges and idiosyncrasies of military life and that made it so much less stressful.

Not once did I ever feel alone or left out of the loop. I could call Eric Johnson or Brittany Miller at any time of the day or week (or weekend) for answers to my questions or concerns. I always felt they would work extremely hard to ensure I received answers. They added a sense of "fun" to this home buying journey and for that I appreciate them! Tony is very helpful. The team is practical and honest and helps things go smoothly. The portal is also very straight forward which helps keep me organized.
