Veterans United is top notch for sure! From the loans process to the special appreciation gifts extended to me, I am so grateful I worked with them to secure my home loan. Eric Johnson, Brittany Miller, and Brittany Lucy are a fantastic team and it is very apparent they have the veteran's best interest in mind every step of the way. Not once did I ever feel alone or left out of the loop. I could call Eric Johnson or Brittany Miller at any time of the day or week (or weekend) for answers to my questions or concerns. I always felt they would work extremely hard to ensure I received answers. They added a sense of "fun" to this home buying journey and for that I appreciate them! As easy as it gets
This is my second home I’ve bought with veterans united and my team was great. I had issues with the well inspection. It was extremely frustrating and they knew I have PTSD and they were extremely sensitive to my emotions and kept me focused.
The loan process went incredibly fast. Veterans United was able to do what other banks couldn't do for different buyers.
You guys were at times hard to get a hold of but y’all came through for me!
Then whole team was awesome, specially Dustin with my many phone calls and obstacles , the gifts sent for my girls , my package ! I was totally clueless about everything and these wonderful folks went above and beyond to give me a opportunity i though was impossible . ill always be grateful for the opportunity they provided. Seriously guys thank you so so much its the best feeling in the world to know I have a home for my beautiful family and it wouldn't been possible with out yal . I highly recommend each team member ! I think veterans united should give each member a raise and a bonus !

This last time was not at all a Streamline.Refinance. it took six or seven weeks instead of the usual two or three with no explanation. We kept having to esign documents that had inaccurate numbers for absolutely no reason. This type of transaction should not have cost me over $11K. I was very disappointed this time but will give them another chance in the future because of the past treatment, and they also have taken great care of my daughter, who is in the coast.Guard. Definitely recommend.

Elizabeth and her team lessened the stress of the loan process. The team worked in unison which resulted in a flawless result and so much easier than what I had initially anticipated. Throughout the process, I received nothing but kindness, understanding and support. They went above and beyond my expectations, for which I am truly grateful.
