Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. I would absolutely recommend veterans United to any veteran looking to buy a home! We will absolutely be passing on the word to friends! So far my only issue is the Title Company. I wish I would have been given the opportunity to use the Title Company in my city. I feel like the one used is slow with releasing funds and I called them and had to leave a message but have not recieved a return call.
With that being said, I highly recommend my loan officer Kelly Bivens. This is the second time she has helped me with a VA loan and the process went very smoothly both times. Melissa S was also extremely helpful. Thank you again to both.
