Kellen and Abigail were outstanding. Kellen has always been there for me. My process took 4-5 years before I closed yesterday. He could have pawned me off to the new person. Didn't happen, the man would call me back while on vacation with his family. Unbelievable customer service. He actually deserves a score above 10, however that wasn't a option.

The app makes it so easy to stay on track and see what needs to be completed throughout the homebuying process. Checking off our lists and getting things done helps us to know that we're doing our part when working with our lending team.
