The VU team Adam and Kimmy were very awesome to work with! They were very helpful and understanding. The App also made it super easy to complete tasks to stay up to date with documents for processing. I highly recommend this Team specifically!
Aaron and his crew were always near the phone for quick and detailed responses to any questions I had throughout the process. No matter how many times I forgot they were always there to guide us into our new home. I never felt pressured or stress since I knew they where there helping with every step along the way.

The team did great, ive recieved home loans through other VA lenders and this team, and veterans united are by far the best. The team worked with me through the whole process and helped me with the struggles i encountered. I would recommend VU to anyone.

Underwriter was very concerned about funding this loan because of the borrowers debts. Sister of borrower tried to assist by helping to clear/pay off the debt. Turned out OK but only until there was a back-up loan on the table.Perhaps Veterans United comes together with there underwriting department to resolve challenging scenarios before they get out of hand, as in Brian’s situation.Thanks!

I'd never heard of Veterans United before and only tried it out based on the verbal recommendation of a fellow service-member while talking in the p-way. Otherwise, I just would have gone with USAA or whatever Google threw at me. My wife and I quickly noticed how different and welcoming the Veterans United team performed. We never turned back and we couldn't be more pleased with how everything worked out. I also wanted to add that *Richmond Por* was incredibly helpful and responsive as well. He frequently reached out to make sure my wife and I were comfortable and understood the process.
