Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. I would absolutely recommend veterans United to any veteran looking to buy a home! We will absolutely be passing on the word to friends! Every home buying situation is, I think, unique. We presented a scenario that is not only unique, but risky. Didn’t seem to be overly cumbersome to the team VU put together. The only thing I might complain about is the difficulties of time, as we purchased our house from overseas and only had about a 6 hour window that we could all communicate with each other in real time, which neither VU nor I control.
The whole team that I worked with was amazing. I would recommend them to any one looking to use a VA Loan.

I’ve dealt with Amy from the beginning, she and the team have exceeded my expectations every time. I constantly receive mail and text messages about refinancing and what I can get etc. I trust Amy to the point I just send a picture of the letter and let her tell me if it’s junk or not.
