The loan team was very friendly and extremely helpful. They were they're to answer any question i had through the entire process and made sure that I understood all the information I was given if I was ever unsure on what something meant or did they would break it down so that it made sense so I could go into the purchase with all the information available.
The team was great to work with because of the excellent communication. I never felt like I was confused, in limbo, or waiting for a response. I have to commend the team on demonstrating knowing what they were doing and being courteous throughout this process.
