My loan officer Ben Choi did not communicate well. Went on vacation/leave and put someone in his place that wasn’t licensed, and could not answer questions. Mason Radcliffe was terrible as well. All over the place. Had to beg to receive phone calls from both. Didn’t give me the correct cash to close until signing day, and even then it was still wrong. They ruined my first home buying experience.

Great experience !
The team was great to work with because of the excellent communication. I never felt like I was confused, in limbo, or waiting for a response. I have to commend the team on demonstrating knowing what they were doing and being courteous throughout this process.
