This was a very hard endeavor for us. We were unable to get clear answers and at one point and time, our file was mixed with another client's file. Hence, we were asked to send paperwork that did not pertain to us. Although we answered quite a few questions in the beginning, the team did not seem to know us, at all. We did close on a house but, it was not as smooth as we would have liked.

We ran into situations were we where apparently taking longer then normal to find a house and once we did some of our paperwork became outdated that was kind of a inconvenient and I feel actually delayed my closing date that was a problem we worked through but wasn't the best situation for myself and my wife. We asked for the closing to be expedited but was told they didn't have enough time. I feel everyone did an outstandingly good job and I would recommend Nichole and her team they answered a lot of questions she even called us on her own time to answer questions. I like the one stop shop you can get Everything at one place I took advantage of the provided Realitor and the recommended insurance.
