Very responsive staff and is a very trustworthy organization. From getting a preapproved loan all the way to closing on a home, the checklist system that they have was amazing. Each task that was checked green just let me know that documents I submitted were reviewed by a specialist and submitted correctly. Best part of all the team that are assigned to you will explain everything to you! I would give them a 10/10 on a score board.

I would recommend VU for any vet friends, as my friend Isaac Harries did for me.
I cannot say our experience with the loan coordinator was as good as Tyler. Seemed to mske excuses when questioned about things, had s tendency to become argumentative. We stopped communicating with her towards the end.
