Veterans United is a GOD send. I would highly recommend them to all my fellow Veterans. Loved the online 'TO DO LIST' that kept me on my toes. I got prompt answers to all my questions via texts and the agents they recommend are top notched. The informational videos, from start to finish, were amazingly helpful.They really took the fear out of the home buying process. If ever the need arises again, I would definitely choose VU. They take time to answer detailed responses in order to make sure the buyer has a 100% understanding. I would recommend to every veteran that is looking to buy a home.
I was no notified that if my Closing Date changed I would have points taken. End up having to pay for points because the Closing date got extended due to COVID-19

We have been through a mortgage process before and this time it was by far less painful. We can only attribute that to veterans united and how easy they are to work with.
If you feel a refinance is right for you ,VA united is the way to go .
Don’t use Veterans United. There are other groups out there that will take better care of Veterans. Do your homework and make sure your loan officer isn’t trying to squeeze un-necessary hard earned money from your pocket.
