I had a decent interest rate on my house. But when rates dropped a good bit, he called me and said it’s a good time to refinance and save a lot of money on my monthly bills. Saved me about $200 on my monthly payment (which really helped me a lot since I’m disabled on a fixed income). I highly recommend him if you need any mortgage help.
