Top notch organization. Process was flawless

Extremely professional group of people, they made sure that I was comfortable with my first home buying experience. Phil added the family touch sending a housewarming gift. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

From the beginning I felt like Matt was in my side. Instead of asking how much I want my home loan to be he asked how much I wanted my monthly payments to be. To me that was the first sign I was going to be working with someone with integrity. Matt explained what was going on every step of the way and I never felt like I didn’t understand.

It was a good experience. What I recommend is to create or amend policies in relation with documents required. I highly recommend to ask from the beginning for every single document you could think of regardless if you need it or not. That will avoid last minute calls and clients getting frustrated and stressed out thinking about meeting the closing date.Other than that. The process is pretty organized and accurate.

The entire experience was pleasant and I am happy I had picked Veterans United to handle everything. Zach was great from start to finish and available often. Regardless of the time difference.

Be more specific in requirements that the buyer has to provide.

To all Veterans, trust Veterans United they know what they're doing and they have been in business helping Veterans for a very long time.As a veteran I know that at times it's hard to know who to trust and at times even harder to trust someone you've never met in person, but you can trust Veterans United to do everything that they can to make sure that you get the house you want. You must trust them and if you're having any problems even if they have nothing to do with you buying the house you're currently looking at you should let them know, they could help, because they actually do care about all Veterans.

I am very satisfied that I chose Veterans United for my mortgage . My loan team provided the best service that I could have received anywhere .

What I love about VUHL was the ease with which I was able to do everything online. Their software for uploading documents and e-signing is so easy to use and just really speeds up the process. As a disabled veteran this meant a lot to me. I will certainly reccommend Veterans United to anyone searching for a lender. Their online tools and tutorials really helped me immensely.

The entire team will fight for you & your family! Look no further. This was our first time purchasing a home & the veterans United team made us feel comfortable & @ ease. They went the extra mile on several occasions & I truly thank them.

After being turned down by USAA for a VA loan I was hesitant to start over with another lender, but I decided to try. I am glad I did because Veterans United was a pleasure to work with and was able to get me approved!

Smooth processing system with online submissions making everything quick and easy. Notifications are posted timely and accurately so knowing where you stand as things progress is simple. Keep in mind though, as all mortgage process go, there may be a few challenges to get documents together or scheduling inspections. These are not the fault of Vet United. They are certainly easier and definitely more honest to work with as compared to the company with a rocket!
