Ok so I’ll give a positive 1st the starting process feels great. My loan team Madie was terrible about replying to emails and to call her was never going to happen.... Ben started off as great but than that went south fast. Many times he thought he was always right! I’m still serving and I told him that for my COE I only need a statement from my commander and he keep coming at me and saying they can’t get the certificate without my points statement. So I ended up doing all the work to get my own COE complete which most people probably would not do. So I was on the phone and sending non stop emails to get something that they get paid to do.. On closing day they send over the wrong documents to the title company so I had to wait even longer. So unless your willing to do the work your loan team should be doing I would go with someone else! They do have a nice easy portal system that would be a positive and I did get my home loan at the end.

There wasn’t an area to rate Eva Ottinger, but I want to say that if there were, she would have also gotten a 10/10, she was extremely patient with my millions of questions and calling her at least once, almost every day, and was more than helpful in making sure we had our documents in order to close.
