I was flabbergasted to obtain Approval and be ready for Closing on a VA loan with a 45-day Financing window, yet Veterans United and my Loan Specialist, Kelly Tostler, pulled it off! My personal and professional experience as a Real Estate Paralegal had shown that a 60-day Financing Clause when dealing with a VA loan was necessary.
