Veterand United and Cindy Woodham worked diligently throughout the entire process and made things very simple. I was geographically separated from my family and even though I was 7000 miles away, they ensured my needs were taken care of to purchase my new home.
It seems pretty easy at first but be ready to do most of your own leg work, also keep on top of everything and make sure to make phone calls to insure everyone is on the same page. Don’t expect to hear from anyone after you sign the dotted line lol
Chris Campbell my loan officer work hard for me he was able to get my percentage rate down lower than anybody had even talked about and he was able to get the closing right on time he was always there to answer any questions that I had and if he did not have the answer at that time he would research the question and get back with me with the answer you can tell Chris likes his job because he's good at it

While in the process of buying my home I lost my mother. This event added additional stress for me however, Brandi and her team worked really hard to get me through the process. Their efforts allowed me to spend more time dealing with the loss of my mother and making arrangements for her funeral. In addition, I was able to close on my home three days earlier.
