Our application was quite complex due to how I am compensated on my job. The team really listened to my explanations and was able to resolve the issue with no further problems or hesitations. Additionally we closed this loan during the Covid-19 pandemic, which really made for interesting situations on that side of the process! Ryan and his team took all that in stride and didn't miss a beat.
