This in no way is a knock on our realtor or our loan specialist and his team. I really wish there were better guidance for this Covid-19crisis regarding home loans. I would have probably halted and not followed through had I better knowledge about backing out. This is a very difficult time for all of the people in the world and not for this country. We have another home that needs to be sold and in the current market we are dead in the water. I sincerely hope and pray that there will be a cure for the people of this country and the world. I will tell you this- if I or my wife become unemployed or ill we are going to need assistance to help pay for the homes we own.
