The LO was great on the front end. But when we got closer to closing and waiting on the clear to close - communication was vague and it was difficult to know if we were going to be clear in time. I called and left messages, and did not receive calls back. This really came down to the wire on timing and it was of no fault of the buyers. Communication was terrible in the end.
