Then whole team was awesome, specially Dustin with my many phone calls and obstacles , the gifts sent for my girls , my package ! I was totally clueless about everything and these wonderful folks went above and beyond to give me a opportunity i though was impossible . ill always be grateful for the opportunity they provided. Seriously guys thank you so so much its the best feeling in the world to know I have a home for my beautiful family and it wouldn't been possible with out yal . I highly recommend each team member ! I think veterans united should give each member a raise and a bonus !

Andrew and kollin were very experienced with VA process which made the transition easier and seamless.
The whole process was so smooth! We closed in 16 days because of how smooth everything was and how on the ball everyone was. Anytime I texted or called my man Steve was right there to answer. I mean there was no time between me reaching out and Steve answering. No matter how silly or small my questions were answered and my paperwork looked over. I seriously can not recommend veterans united and Steve enough. That was such an enjoyable experience.
I truly can't thank the team enough for helping me get my first home! They made this experience so much easier and I was never scared to call and ask a stupid question- Because I did many times.

There were times that communication was not as clear as it should have been been or needed to be to accomplish the task and there was a lack of understanding about availability of this client to resources at times creating frustration and and appearance to others that the client was not responding to the Loan Officer /team which created a negative representation with the realtor/team who is known to the Veteran's family. This was distasteful and irritating.
