Outstanding all the way through the process of helping me with my purchase of my home.
My three-hour closing was unacceptable. There was no excuse for not have the loan amount at the closing within 15 minutes. The communication with Virginia Youngman was also poor and sometimes rude.

Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. I would absolutely recommend veterans United to any veteran looking to buy a home! We will absolutely be passing on the word to friends!
