This is the 2nd time I’ve had the privilege to work with Hannah and her team and it was just as amazing and easy as last time. She made everything neat and understandable. Steve, Dennis and the group were great to work with and helped make the process go smoothly.
To be fully upfront, the initial process was amazing. Everyone was very helpful, and we were moving through everything perfectly. The team was excellent and met all of my standards. However, things started to go downhill once contract talks began. The team began dropping the ball and failed to maintain the professional standards they claim to uphold. Communication became almost impossible, and certain key people were nonexistent. If the process had remained smooth all the way through, this would be a very different review. Unfortunately, the ball was dropped, and I hope you can use this feedback to turn things around and strive for better in the future.

The entire process of getting a pre-approval up to the last week before closing went smoothly except at the very end when the appraisal didn't get uploaded until last minute which delayed my closing date. Otherwise I had a great experience with Veterans United and my team. Shoutout to my realtor, Kathleen, for helping me negotiate and point out important things for me, and my loan officer, Steve, who crunched all the numbers and got things moving quickly on the admin side of things. I really appreciate all the work that you guys do and your willingness to work with me even while I transitioned to the night shift so suddenly. Thank you!
