Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. When I started the process to by my home I was nervous! I was especially nervous about financing. Scott was the first person I talked too. First thing he said was you can do this! Everything on Veterans United's end was spectacular. Scott kept in constant contact with me. When he wasn't available his supervisor Mason stepped in. When things got rocky with my city's point of sale inspection they never abandoned me. Scott listened to me vent and always reminded me that it would work out. I would have done this a long time ago if I knew this team was there. My situation was different since I was coming from a lease to own, but they took that in stride and now we have our home. I can't say enough great about Scott and Mason and all the people I worked with at Veterans United.

All realtors love working with you all, and most sellers that never heard of you, loved you once it was all over and deal was over and completed.
