Online portal was a bit confusing at times. It would’ve been nice if documents and forms were organized. Although we received lender’s credits, we had to pay to extend our fee. Not closing on time was out off our control, due to the Military stop movement order.
I will never use anyone else, the way they have the process setup is second to none!
