For the most part, things went without a hitch. Uploading documents in the secure portal was almost seamless and instantaneous. However, some things ended up blurry at their end, even though it was clear when I viewed them at my end. At least it was quick!
Of all the challenges that were presented during this process, dealing with Veterans United team was not one of them. Responsive, easy to work with, they made this experience pleasurable.
