My Veterans United team was very patient with me in the process, as I'm an over-the-road truck driver. I was only able to get most of the information they needed on the weekend, so the process was a little slower than it would've normally been. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to work with.

I 100% would use VU again, my only complaint was the communication barrier between the agent and the loan specialist. There was a few times where we would get the same information from both of them and the specialist would occasionally ask if the agent had finished our paper work or something similar to that and vice versa. So i assume there were several periods where the two were not communicating properly. However, all other aspects were great and the specialist and agent as individuals were great!
