Moya Brown was a pleasure to work with. Her professionalism made me feel like she was really there to help me and not in this just for the paycheck. She was warm, friendly, very easily approachable and always there for me when I had a question. Emmilee Lenz was nothing short of spectacular. Jenny was a new loan officer to us from just 3 years ago, but she was every bit as good. Very attentive, communicated very quickly and easily and had great follow-up.

The overall experience was great. The loan team was attentive and responsive throughout the process. My only regret is there wasn't an option to relock the loan rate after it dropped signficantly. My Credit Union offered that option, but I stayed with VU due to the outstanding customer service.


The team that I worked with was amazing. This was a very painless experience.


They lost documents,changed requirements on closing date after telling me otherwise,and told me my helok would not be closed then a few days before closing, they told me it would be closed not giving me time to subordinate the loan and cost me a $500.00 penalty for early closure of the loan. Your whole program is not set up for older vets that do not understand computers and several requirements didn't have answers that were even close to my reality. I wish that I had never used your company.
