Veterans United made the process of buying my first home a year ago almost stress-free and I recently refinanced my home because the interest rates dropped so it made a significant difference in my monthly mortgage payment. But I think the reason this refinancing and original purchase of my home was easy and almost stress-free is mostly due to the Loan specialist that helped me. His name is Luke Whaley, veterans United is very lucky to have such a really intelligent and very personable employee like Luke. I'd hold on to this employee because it is the employees like Luke Whaley that really make Veteran's United a standout, top rated company!!!

Quick to promise you a loan and great customer service but then fails to follow through. Go somewhere else. And the socks are ugly.

10 years ago I bought my first house at 19. I made every mistake in the book when I did, making it the worst financial decision I could have ever made.
