It happened so quickly that I’m still in shock!! One week I’m pre-approved and next thing I know, I’m closing on my dream home; every thing else in between is a blur! Everyone on the entire team was available at all times. I felt like I could’ve asked anyone a question at 2 in the morning and they would’ve picked up right away, that’s how good they were.
Megan and Jason were so great to work with. They kept us well informed of our progress and were there to answer all. questions. I especially liked the To Do feature that I could check and see if I needed to do anything to keep things moving. The upload feature for providing documents was also very convenient. I have family members who are Veterans and I would recommend Veterans United to them and anyone else that I might know that could use their services.

The only fiaso was with the appraisal having the wrong listing and bedroom types, ending with the appraisal the same as the listing price. So, we learned that whatever we list a house at, the appraisal will be just that as well and happy to know when we go to sell in a few years.Thanks again!
There is not much more I can say about Veterans United and my home loan team. I wish I would have used them when I bought my first house, but I'm blessed and happy that I chose them for my second home.

This has been a great process. There was a small hiccup with the appraiser but because Amy and Suzie both has vast knowledge and experience, it was easy to get through.
The entire team was caring and supportive, and helped pull me over the finish line!
Extremely sick with Covid, I would love to acknowledge so many others, just am not up to it at this moment. Can I possibly fill this section out at a later time?

Scott and Bryce were the main two people that I worked with and they were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout this entire process. As a first time home buyer they made this experience very easy for myself and my family.
Veterans United should create a template for the different military branches for the letter of service. This was my biggest complaint. If there was a template showing the style and items necessary the process would be easy for loan applicant.
