I would recommend another lender.
My family purchased our home in January of 2019 and our Specialist (Adam Craig - ask for him because he is a rock star) made the process as pleasant as it could be (face it, buying a new home is both exhilarating and nerve racking at the same time)! In December of 2019 I knew we could refinance for a lower rate and I contacted Adam directly to ask for more information. As only a rock star would, he jumped on everything quickly and we started the process right away. The refinance was just as seamless and easy as the original purchase and now I'm saving $200+ dollars per month on my mortgage. I cannot stress enough how great Veterans United is serving their niche customers (Veterans/Military) and while you might find a company to save you a few more dollars, I highly doubt you get the service and support you get with Veterans United...
