Scary buying a house but VA Home Loans is the only way to go. Excellent computer system and back up support. No red tape just straight forward answers. Can not say enough of they way they kept things moving forward positively.
The only flaw that we experienced with this process was lack of communication between the loan officer and the real estate again. There was some break down closer to close.

Communications between loan officer and coordinator was an issue; caused confusion for me on required documents.
Be prepared for a timely and worry free experience. As long as your submitting your information they will give a consistent and hard push forward to finalize your mortgage.
