I would recommend Veterans United to any veteran looking for a mortgage or to refinance their home. I have dealt with other mortgage companies before and they were not as helpful. I had to do most of the leg work. VA did as much as they could with our refinance. We just had to agree with the terms and sign the paperwork. We got our first mortgage with them and when the rates went we contacted them and they took care of everything.
A very flawless, quick and concise process. No hidden agenda, no issues, all went well from the beginning to the end of the process. Was able to stay informed throughout the entire process.

My only frustration was that I disclosed initially that I had a judgment and was preapproved anyway. Then at the end of the process / underwriter stage, I almost could not get approved for the loan because of it. I think more transparency on the judgment early on would have made that a bit smoother.
Made my first time home buying experience easy and glad I was able to have such an awesome loan team to help with any question I had.
