One person I wasn’t asked about was Ms. Lynn Heath, our loan coordinator. Once she entered the fray, Lynn was a key voice in our process, informing us via the Veterans United app and also through texts when we needed to acquire different documents, when things needed a second or third review. She was all over it! She along with Trey helped us remain in the loop throughout the process. Lynn actually delivered “The Call” to me while walking through Walmart on Valentine’s Day!! “Congratulations, You’re clear to close!” I’ll remember that call for a long time!
