Veterans United, Colin Park and V U team staff has gone over and above for Al and I. They were very hands on through out the total process, always made themselves available when we had questions, would keep us updated on the process.Everyone was very patient and made sure that we understood the process.Made the online signing process easy for us.I would so love to meet Colin Park and the VU team one day, it's great to know that there are still honest companies that truly have people best interest in mind. Please keep up the good work and has always thank you for being a Ram in a bush.

VU’s software made it easy to submit requested documents.
I told them what I was putting down and apparently they didn't apply to closing so at closing I needed to put another 10840.00 down on it . All I was told was sorry that was not good for me I will never do business with this company again
Response from Veterans United
Hi Michael, it is our responsibility to deliver a smooth loan process, and we apologize that you experienced an error on your down payment amount. While it is fortunate that this was caught and corrected on the day of closing, we understand this was an inconvenient situation for you. If you would like to talk more about this situation we are here to provide a more thorough explanation.
The information required was requested and reviewed in a timely manner. All questions or concerns raised were answered professionally and completely.
I had a good experience. I wish I had more time going over things with Nick. However, Kathy was great.
From start to finish on my purchase, I heard from my loan team quite often. I was told that, after my purchase, I could refinance using a "streamline" process if rates were to be cut, which the Fed cut rates 3 times since my purchase. Naturally, I started the refinance process, but I haven't heard from ANYONE. I received ONE notification email I had documents to sign in my "TO-DO" list, which I complied with, but after that, I haven't heard anything. I then received an email saying I'm disqualified for a rate cut. So, I'm paying more than current rates, and actually pay more than my monthly scheduled payment, but I'm disqualified. Doesn't really make sense......
I guess money was made on the front end of my purchase, so refinancing isn't a priority or something. I can prove I logged in multiple times daily between 11/4 through 11/20, but never received anything and never received a phone call from anyone.
I purchased my home during the government shutdown, which should say something about my response times. I would have been able to close early due to my response time, but I was also contacted by my loan team, but that isn't the case for a refinance apparently. I will go through someone else, I guess....
The entire process is complex and time consuming, but our loan specialist made it as easy as possible.
We worked with DJ and Amy, which made our experience outstanding. They were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
Not having extended working hour made it hard with my work schedule to have question answered
Kindra's expertise was exceptional. Her knowledge on credit report/heistory was able to increase my credit score by 30 points in less than a week. Because of that, I was able to meet the credit score required and need not wait on my home purchase. Andrew was on top of everything. He was turning things around quickly which enable us to close under 30 days from contract ratification. And Elliott did b=not gave up on me. He provided all guidance every step of the way and showed a lot of patience. I owe them this success.
Bobby is incredible to work with, and I've already sent several friends to him.
Everything went very smoothly.
They made sure I was prepared for the underwriter. I couldn't have asked for a better team.
My experience with Veterans United was amazing. They stayed with me and answered all questions I had throughout the whole process of purchasing my home.
